This Privacy Policy describes how Tidly ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name, email address, and profile identifier.
• App content: Information you enter into the App (such as tasks, lists, and related content you create) is stored so it can sync across your devices.
• Purchase information: If you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (RevenueCat, and the Google Play billing system) processes your purchase and shares limited transaction and subscription status data with us. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Device and usage information: We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as app version and device type, to maintain and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in
• To store and sync your app content across your devices
• To process and manage subscriptions and purchases

• To maintain, secure, and improve the App

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase - our backend provider, used for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
• Google - used for Sign in with Google authentication, if you choose to use it.
• RevenueCat - used to manage and process in-app subscriptions and purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tidly, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and app content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Tidly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
